General Meeting of Shareholders of 31 may 2017 approved all of the resolutions put to the meeting:
- read the quorum and results of the votes on the Combined General Meeting of 31 May 2017 page ;
- compensation of executive corporate officers and statuts updated are available on the Corporate Governance page ;
- shareholders approved the appointment of two new Directors: Bpifrance Investissement, represented by Émilie Brunet, and Frédéric Moyne, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. To learn more about them, go to the Corporate Governance page.
