General Meeting: the online voting platform is open!

Our General Meeting is getting closer! This year it will take place on 30 May at 3p.m., in the auditorium of the Capital 8 Conference Centre (32 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris).

We are offering our shareholders the possibility to vote on the Internet through the Votaccess platform. They can do this from today and until the day before the event (however, we recommend that you log on a few days before to avoid heavy user traffic).

For registered shareholders, access to Votaccess is via the PlanetShares website:

•         for direct registered shareholders, your usual PlanetShares ID and access code were sent to you directly by post by BNP Paribas Securities Services;
•         for holders of administered registered shares, your ID is at the top right of the voting form which you will have received by post.

For holders of bearer shares, please contact your financial intermediary account holder to ensure that he is connected to the Votaccess platform. If this option is available, you will be able to vote via the Internet through your financial intermediary account holder’s website using your usual ID and password.
