Frédéric Moyne, born on 15 October 1975, is a graduate of the Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) business school. Frederic Moyne started his career at Air Liquide in 1998. In 2001, he joined Séchilienne-Sidec, which became Albioma, where he was in charge of Financing and Purchasing, then Director of Financing and Investor Relations. In 2012, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in charge of Renewable Energies and Group strategy. He has been in charge of the Group's activities in Brazil since July 2013, and has been nominated Chief Executive Officer in June 2016. He joined the Board on 31 May 2017.
He became CEO of the Group in 2019.

Born on February 23, 1977, Julien Gauthier is a graduate of the Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) business school. He started his career at Lehman Brothers in London where he worked on mergers and acquisitions throughout Europe. He then joined Barclays’ Structured Finance division, where he arranged financings for French SME’s. In 2007, he joined the private equity firm Apax Partners as a Principal, investing in business & financial services sectors. He also had responsibility for arranging financing for acquisitions and companies in the portfolio. In 2012, he joined Albioma as Chief Financial Officer and now serves as Deputy CEO Finance and solar activity referent.

Born on November 12, 1982, Sébastien Finel joined Albioma in 2016 after working for 10 years in the paper industry in mainland France. He managed the Moule plant in Guadeloupe for 6 years before joining the international development teams in 2022. He was appointed Director of Development and New Businesses in July 2023, and Director of thermal operations in December 2023.

Thibault d'Argent was born in 1986 and holds a Msc in Electrical Engineering and Signal Processing from Supelec and and Msc in Petroleum Engineering and Project Development from IFP-School. Prior to joining Albioma, he had spent 12 years in the oil and gas industry, where he held a range of positions, starting with operational roles in Central Africa (both onshore and offshore) and later in development and M&A in London. He then joined Trident Energy at its inception in 2016 where he led several acquisitions in Africa and Latin America.
Thibault d'Argent joined Albioma in June 2022 as Head of M&A and was appointed Head of Development in December 2023.

Born January 23, 1970, Xavier Becquey is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris (ECP). He began his career in R&D at EADS in Paris and Oslo. He joined ALSTOM in 1995, then AREVA T&D, a specialist in electrical networks. Xavier spent 18 years in operational responsibilities (Turn Key Projects Director, Branch and then Division Manager) and functional (Industrial Director, then Strategy and Marketing Director of Areva T&D). In 2014, Xavier joined FIVES (an industrial engineering group that designs and manufactures machines, process equipment and production lines for the world's key actors on sugar, energy, steel, etc.) as Group Operational Performance Director. He joined Albioma in 2019 as Industrial Director, and was appointed Director of construction and biomass BU in December 2023.

Graduate of 2 masters (MI Economics and HR at Dauphine and MII Human Resources at the Sorbonne), Caroline Roynette-Benoit has a rich experience of more than 25 years in Human Resources, acquired within various companies such as Havas Voyages, American Express, DHL Worldwide International or Logica.
She also held the position of HRD France and Southern Europe for 6 years within the industrial group Xylem Water Solutions then Global HR Business Partner of the Water and Industry department of the Swiss group Sulzer, specialist in pumping and fluid engineering solutions.
She joined Albioma in March 2023 as Director of Human Resources.

A graduate of Arts et Métiers, specializing in hydraulic and energy engineering, and of ESSEC Business School and after spending 2 years in the United States, Geoffroy spent most of his career within the Veolia group.
During his career, he held various management positions in France and the French Overseas Territories, notably the Management of the Northern agency of Veolia La Réunion from 1999 to 2004 and the General Management of Générale des Eaux Guadeloupe from 2010 to 2014.
In 2014, Geoffroy took over the management of Runeo, a subsidiary of Veolia on Reunion Island.
He joined Albioma as Director of the Indian Ocean region in September 2024.

Born on 20 March 1964, Nicolas de Fontenay is a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure Maritime (French Maritime Academy). He started his career as an officer with the Compagnie Générale Maritime in 1991. Between 1996 and 1998 he was in charge of submarine operations for France Télécom. From 1998 to 2000, he was Head of the Transport and Logistics Department at Trouvay & Couvin, a company specialising in oil, gas and water projects in the Middle East. In 2000 he joined Séchilienne-Sidec, which became Albioma in 2013, as Chief Operating Officer of Compagnie Thermique du Moule, since renamed Albioma Le Moule. In 2010, he was sent to Mauritius as General Manager of Compagnie Thermique de Bellevue, since renamed Terragen. He then moved to the West Indies region in 2012 as Director for Thermal Operations. In 2017, he was appointed West Indies-French Guiana Regional Director.

Born on 20 April 1976, Christiano Forman is a graduate in Economics from the PUC-Rio University in Rio de Janeiro, and also holds an MBA from IESE Business School. He began his career with Intelig Telecom and Royal Dutch Shell, holding a number of finance and marketing positions. He then joined GE, working in project development in the United States and Italy, and more specifically on a number of financing projects and the development of the renewable energy sector. He took part in GE's Renewable Energy Leadership Program. Between 2012 and 2015, he was responsible for Acciona Windpower's Brazilian business operations. Acciona manufactures wind turbines. He oversaw the launch of the group's wind turbine business in Brazil, supervised the construction of a number of facilities and contributed to building up the group's largest order book. He joined Albioma in 2015, and is currently the Brazil Regional Director in charge of Group activities and development.
